Course Description
This 20 minute, four module course begins with a thought provoking scenario – what do you do if you find yourself in a potentially risky situation on the job? The course defines and demonstrates the most common pathogens in municipal work; identifies who is at risk; what the risks of possible contamination are; knowing how to control and prevent contamination; and knowing what to do if you come in contact with a bloodborne pathogen. A brief quiz is presented at the end of each module with the ability to review and retry with the objective of reaching 100%.
